Artisan Panettone

Typical Christmas cake, tied to the traditions of Northern Italy, panettone has become a national cake. Tied to the medieval tradition, according to which the family gathered for Christmas around the hearth breaking and sharing “a great bread” for the occasion enriched with raisins and candied fruit. Today there are many variations of cake: Frosted, without candied fruit or raisins, cream filling with chocolate or pistachio.
